Well first we have to deterime what is wrong. Do you mind answering a couple of questions?

1. How hard are you working out?

You have to raise your heart rate for at least 45 min. In the chart below you will see it broken down by age. For 20, 100 is the minimum (just hanging out), 170 is hard cardio, and 200 is the MAX

20 years old100 beats per minute170 beats per minute 200 beats per minute

25 years old 98 beats per minute 166 beats per minute 195 beats per minute

30 years old 95 beats per minute 162 beats per minute 190 beats per minute

2. What are you eating?

You should be maintaining a diet that matches your efforts at the gym.

Eat high calorie foods before your workout (small amounts of bread etc.)

and high protein foods after (eggs, whey, almonds, etc.)

I would suggest watching “Forks Over Knives” It is available on Netflix.

3. How do you sleep?

According to a study published in “Endocrinology” in December 2003, overweight rats receiving melatonin supplementation lost weight without changes to food consumption

Let me know and I can work to customize something for you. <3
